 2 pounds Cut up stew meat
 1 large Diced onion
 3 Carrots 1/2 inch slices; up
 1 pound Thickly sliced mushrooms
 2 tablespoons Paprika
 1 teaspoon Pepper
 3/4 cup Ketchup
 Oil

Instructions:

Brown meat and sauté onions in oil. Add seasonings and ketchup and simmer covered over low heat for 1 hour. Add carrots and mushrooms and continue to simmer for 1 hour. Serve over thick noodles.
