Crabsticks w/Linguine & Garlic 2 tablespoons of Olive oil 2 Cloves garlic, crushed 2 Plum tomatoes, skinned and chopped 1 Lemon, juice and rind of 1 package of Crabsticks; defrosted and shredded 250 grams of Linguine, cooked and drained 15 grams of Flat leaf parsley, finely chopped Salt and freshly ground black pepper
| Instructions: Heat the oil in a frying pan or wok, add the crushed garlic, stir-fry for 1 minute. Add tomatoes and lemon rind to the pan and cook for a further 3-4 minutes. Add the crabsticks and heat through. Toss in the linguine, parsley and seasoning. Spoon into a heated serving dish. Pour over lemon juice and serve.
