Brownie Peanut Butter Bites

Brownie Peanut Butter Bites
 
 1 (15 oz.) pkg. brownie mix
 1/3 c. hot water
 1 egg
 1/4 c. oil
 48 miniature chocolate covered peanut butter cups

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350ºF.  Combine brownie mix, water, oil and egg. Beat well with a spoon. Fill paper lined mini muffin cups about 1/2 full. Press one peanut butter cup into batter in each cup. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until brownie is set. Cool completely.
