Mayonnaise Chocolate Cake

1 cup of mayonnaise
1 cup of warm water
2-3 squares of chocolate, melted
1 1/4 cups of sugar
2 cups of flour
2 teaspoons of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 whole egg

Instructions:

Mix together the mayonnaise and the warm water. Add the melted chocolate and mix together. Add sugar, flour, baking soda, salt, egg, and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Bake in flat pan at 350ºF.   for 35-40 minutes. Serves 6
