Tongue Tingling Chocolate Cake
1 cup of butter 2 cups of sugar 4 egg yolks, beaten 1 1/2 cup of flour 2 teaspoon of baking powder 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon of cloves 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg 1/2 cup of milk 3 ounces of melted chocolate 3/4 cup of mashed potatoes chopped pecans 4 egg whites, beaten 1 teaspoon of vanilla |

Instructions:
Blend together butter, sugar and yolks. Add flour mixture and blend alternately with milk. Stir in melted chocolate, mashed potatoes and chopped pecans. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites and vanilla. Pour into 2 greased 9 inch pans. Bake at 350ºF. for 30 minutes. Frost.
