Triple Chocolate Cake
Cocoa 1 box of deep chocolate or devil's food cake mix one 4 1/2 ounce box of instant chocolate pudding 3/4 cup of sour cream 1/2 cup of vegetable oil 1/2 cup of water 1/2 cup of toasted, chopped almonds 1/4 cup of mayonnaise 4 eggs 3 tablespoons of almond liqueur(Amaretto) 1 teaspoon of almond extract 1 cup of chocolate bits Glaze
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease Bundt or spring pan and dust with cocoa. Place all ingredients except chocolate bits in a large bowl and beat for 2 minutes with electric at medium speed. Mix in chocolate bits and pour into prepared pan. Bake about 55 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool on rack for 10 minutes before removing from pan. Place warm cake on serving dish and drizzle with glaze.
Glaze: 1 cup of confectioner's sugar 3 tablespoons of milk 1 teaspoon of almond extract
Mix ingredients and let stand at room temperature until ready to glaze cake.
